An Unexpected Adventure!

Well we are 9 days away from Grand Opening and it has been a long tiring week, trying to pull the department together. The days have been long and physically draining with all size loads coming in. Having felt like I have been dragged through a key hole all I wanted to do was go home and chill seeing that this will be our last weekend off for a long long time. As usual we where sitting in traffic and we talking about our day when my husband said how tired he was but he was thinking about driving to Va. tonight to see the kids and suddenly all was right with the world! The very thought of this adventure had washed away all the "STUFF" of this busy week! All is right when it is your kids and grand babies waiting for you at the end of the road!

The beginning...

Everyday is a new beginning, a second chance, a new start! As I thought about that I began to think about the beginnings that have made me who I am today. My beginnings were normal beginnings, beginnings of love...love of two parents, parents who shared their love until death separated them. Then there came a beginning where God brought me the love of my life, my husband, my best friend Vince. He was the beginning of my life as a wife. We have shared this beginning for almost 33 years and can I tell you they have been the best 33 years ever! And that was just the beginning...out of that beginning came a new beginning...I became a mom to the most wonderful daughter in the world Sarah Beth. She quickly became my world. She has since grown into a remarkable woman in her own right, she is beautiful, she is bright and she has begun her own journery of beginnings. Her journey has brought her to a beginning with a wonderful man, her husband Carlos. Their beginning has brought me to a new beginning and it is the best beginning ever! I have two beautiful grandchildren...Giovanna Marie and Carlos Javier and that is just the beginning!
As you look back at your life and think of your beginnings and where you are now because of them you cannot help but get excited about where they are going to take you! This is only the beginning!
